This week's show is about staying out of prison.
Prison isn't a nice place. But despite this, people who get released from prison, are more likely to go BACK to prison. Nearly half of adults are reconvicted within a year of release, and for those serving sentences of less than a year this increases to 64%.
So why is this? And how can someone break the cycle?
Former prisoners Hillary and Brenda investigate.
We Are Straightline is your guide to life after prison. People inside prison can listen to the show on 12pm and 6pm Fridays, repeated again 2pm on Sundays, so tell them to get involved!
